What is HPTM®?

HPTM® (High Performing Team Members) is a collaborative culture framework which sets the bluprint for operating with people.

If you are someone who works anyone else HPTM® is the framework you need to facilitate the basics of performance without the chaos, mess and pain of “other people” challenges.

2016

Oliver Randall established The Change Consultancy focusing on solving the “people challenge” in project management

2016

Leading business psychologists Stephen Jones and Tom Lindsay joined Oliver.

2017

The team firmed up on the idea of culture being driven by Direction and Connection of teams

2018

Dan Webber joined the group

2019

A first version of the HPTM® app developed – First wave of clients exposed to material and app

2020

Covid hit. Tribe365® registered as owners of HPTM®. HPTM® components became 3 – Belief, Balance, and Structure

2021

HPTM® becomes 4 values – Belief, Balance, Structure and Honesty

2022

HPTM® becomes 5 values – Belief, Balance, Inclusiveness, Structure and Honesty

2023

HPTM® adopted as framework for “Owning your autonomy” for APM People SIG Leadership focus group – Leading sports academy adopts HPTM® framework for off field culture programme

2024

HPTM® replaces values with systems – facilitating clearer understanding that the 5 systems exist within us all the time and are not optional, they are there to be optimised.
