For HPTM® Registered and Advanced, yes — these are achieved through app membership, because the assurance comes from evidenced daily application. If you want an app-free route, HPTM® Level 1 & 2 are available via workbooks and an online Q&A assessment — no app required.
Registered is achieved on activation. Advanced requires 3+ months of app engagement. Certified requires 6+ months, and Coach, Leader and Executive require 12+ months of engagement — or a fast-track non-app route at a higher cost range from distance learning and questions and answers to 5 day intensive courses.
